The Shrine of North America is an international fraternity of nearly 575,000 members throughout the United States, Mexico, Canada and Panama. The Shrine's official philanthropy is Shriners Hospitals for Children, a network of 22 hospitals that provide expert, no-cost orthopaedic and burn care to children under 18.

Purpose
The purpose of this Association shall be to promote the welfare and the Ancient Arabic Order of Nobles of the Mystic Shrine of North America and the welfare of the Temples of this Association.
